special featured websites & special listings

  • We reserve the right to refuse any websites application without reason.
  • Payment will not be discussed until a website has been accepted for promotion.
  • Charges are in Pound Sterling (£) inclusive of VAT.
  • Payment can be via PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
  • All paid listings will be added within 24 working hours of receiving cleared payment.
  • Digital invoices are available for you on request via email.
  • We are not responsible for bank charges or fees you may receive for purchasing a subscription.
  • You are responsible for canceling the recurring subscription via PayPal.
  • We will not offer any refunds at any time.
  • All billing will be handled by our parent company Blumoo.co.uk.
  • All websites will be listed for the terms of the selected subscription, unless: they a) change the content of their website b) miss a subscription payment c) bring the good name of DJ-sites.net into disrepute.

standard directory submissions

  • A working reciprocal link must be viewable on your website index page at all times.
  • Any website removing the valid link to DJ-Sites.net will be removed from the directory.
  • Standard directory listings are limited to one category listing within the directory.
  • Any website changing from music related content or drastically changing content may be removed.
  • Our directory editor will endeavor to review site applications within 7-14 working days.
  • During busy periods the standard site review may be longer but all sites will get reviewed.
  • Not all websites who apply will be accepted.
  • We will not give reasons as to why your website was refused.
  • Websites who were not successful are free to reapply at any time.

extras

  • We reserve the right to edit, adjust, or remove any content from the DJ-Sites.net website.
  • We do not hold any control over who visits your website from ours.
  • We are not held reponsible for any loss of business, revenue, goodwill, reputation.
  • We are not held responsible for loss of, or damage of data or software.
  • We reserve the right to change any content or themes on our website at any time without notice.
  • We are not responsible for any content on external websites. All listings are added in good faith.
