DJ-Sites.net Annual Directory Listing Terms of Service

The DJ-Sites.net dance music directory Listing Service ("DJ-Sites.net Directory" or the "Service") owned and operated by Qube Digital LTD. is provided to you under the terms and conditions of this DJ-Sites.net Service Agreement (the"Agreement").

By completing the directory listing registration form and clicking the "I accept" button, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you agree to provide true and accurate information as prompted by the registration form, and that you agree to be bound by this agreement.

DJ-Sites.net reserves the right, in its sole discretion to change, modify, add or remove all or part of this agreement at any time with or without notice. Please refer back to this agreement often.

The DJ-Sites.net directory listing is a free and fee-based service that allows you to submit your website for free (with a reciprocal link from the same URL as the one submitted) or pay for consideration of your web site for possible inclusion into DJ-Sites's dance music directory. Payment will not be requested until your site submission has been reviewed and accepted.

The current fee is £9.99 yearly for non commercial sites, £19.99 yearly for commercial sites, and £59.99 yearly for listing in your category and featured site listing in your category (featured sites are to the left). This fee will guarantee that your site's listed for one calendar year. This fee is non-refundable in whole or in part including, but not limited to, removal of the listing at the site owner's request. The category, title, description, and ranking of the listing are at the sole discretion of DJ-Sites.net.

All sites submitted to the DJ-Sites.net dance music directory will be reviewed for inclusion in the directory. You will be advised by email whether or not the site has been accepted for inclusion. If the site is declined, you will receive information regarding the reasons the site cannot be listed.

DJ-Sites.net will determine the best category, url, title, and description for an accepted site's listing. DJ-Sites.net will retain all control over the wording of the listing and placement within the directory.

DJ-Sites.net reserves the right to move the listing to another category or subcategory and/or change the url, title, or description of the listing at any time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Qube Digital LTD. and its officers shall not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever for any loss of business, profits or goodwill, loss of use or data, interruption of business, or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind that in any way result from any aspect of the service or the directory, including without limitation, your use of or inability to use the service or the acceptance, rejection or removal of your suggested site from the directory.

DJ-Sites.net reserve the right to remove a websites listing "without refund" if the content on the listed website:- Changes from being a dance music resource; Has no content; Promotes racism or that have offensive content; Contains Porn and or Adult Only content.

Qube Digital LTD. liability to applicant shall not, for any reason, exceed the amount actually paid by applicant to Qube Digital LTD. or one of its agents under this agreement.
